The folks at PaulDavis are nice and the main representative, "B", was professional and good to talk with. However, "B's" timeliness and response to need has been the worst. Simply put, "B" gives empty promises. We have been told by "B" that repairs and workers would be out at specific times, but the workers did not show.

The workers made huge ruts in our yard between our driveway and the neighbor's driveway - to a point that it is extremely difficult to mow and the possibility of falling is great. We were promised back in February that the ruts would be repaired but to date nothing has been done. A piece of the kitchen flooring has slipped and we were told that the flooring rep would repair it. We have not seen the flooring rep since the floor was put in. The people are truly nice but their response to our needs far exceeds disappointing.

Nick...I want to thank you and everyone who helped make this restoration a success. Everyone not only did their job well but were very kind and patient. I have been telling my friends if they need a good restoration company or work on their home to give you a call. Thank you again. God Bless Mary Wright

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECCOMEND! They hire day workers! I had a owner come to my house to oversee how horrible of a job they did and I didn't have to pay the rest of the bill due to the horrible work done to my home.
