MEET MUELLER ART COVER Mueller Art Cover is a diversified manufacturer of loose-leaf binders and custom information packaging products with operations in Strongsville, Ohio. Founded in 1932 by my grandfather, the company began as a bookbinding operation and has continued to thrive by paying close attention to customer needs. Mueller's product line has evolved over the years in direct response to the changing requirements of our customers. Operational excellence is critical to producing a quality product and supplying it in a timely manner. Our Operations Group is managed and staffed by long-term employees with considerable expertise in the manufacture and decorative printing of heat-sealed vinyl, casemade, and hard-poly ringbinders. The group also has experience producing a wide range of custom designed products, many of which are uniquely designed to meet individual customers needs. Supporting Production is our in-house Art Department. Whether using customer supplied artwork or the services of Mueller's graphic artist, our decorative printing capabilities include hot foil stamping, multi-colorsilk screening, embossing, debossing, and 4 color process printing. Mueller's Sales, Marketing and Customer Service Group draws upon over 75 years of combined industry experience. Our field sales representatives are highly knowledgeable and serve as information packaging consultants to Mueller's customers. An expanded Customer Service Department operates weekdays from 8: 00 A.M. to 5: 00 P.M., using an on-line computer based system to track customer orders and to provide prompt and accurate information to Mueller's customers.
