I made an appointment for a first visit. I was greeted by Josh, who was very friendly and helpful. I was made comfortable while I waited a minimal amount of time for an oil change and tire rotation, and was very happy with what I was charged. I will be returning for my next required maintenance!

Needed in and out due to emergency and they put guys right on my car! Won't go anywhere else because of their customer service!!

Go elsewhere! I took a tire here to get it patched and after 100 miles it went flat. I took the tire to another shop that said the patch was done incorrectly. The second shop fixed it (with a lifetime warranty) and after several thousand miles no issue. On another occasion, I took my car here for an oil change. After a few days I noticed oil leaking from the car - the oil pan bolt was not tightened (I know it shouldn't be too tight but I could screw/unscrew it with my finger!). Also, they rotated my tires and didn't check/adjust the pressures (the front and rear on my car have different pressures). When I've been in there someone always seems to be complaining about how long they are taking as well. I've learned my lesson - they are cheap but not worth it considering the extra hassle for me to check and fix their work.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Going to this NTB was the biggest waste of my money and time! I scheduled an appointment for new tires a week in advance and I was told it would take an hour. When I came in, not only did they charge me more than I was quoted, but they ended up taking FOUR HOURS! If I had known I would have gotten a ride or brought more to do but I wasted half of my day sitting there. When I asked at one point how much longer it would be they told me about 30 more minutes which turned into 2 hours. Their excuse was that they were busy and backed up... with their walk ins that did not make appointments like I did! Their assistant manager was also extremely rude and took his lunch break before addressing concerns of three people waiting at the counter. I'm so angry I gave them my business.... NEVER AGAIN!
