Charged upfront service fee (understandable). Told us they couldn't get the part from GE (again understandable). I googled the part number and ordered online my self (they could have done this). After it came in and they came back out to install they stated he need instructions on how to do the firmware update and left. I again googled the part number and instructions which I emailed to them (they could have done this). Called back later in the day to state they would not fix our fridge. Very disappointing!

The sales people were very helpful while purchasing 4 appliances . I didn't check my dryer because a part was not brought. I didn't move into my new home until months later , so I didn't run it . It tumbles but does not heat . The owner was initially nice explaining I was out of warranty time . She became irritated with me and when I said I would give company poor review she said good luck and hung up on me . I called back and apologized and she hung up in me again , saying "good luck". Here's your poor review , K, and I told people about my experience ..... So..... Good Luck

WE have had great experience over the years with Appliance Mart in Streetsboro. They sell parts and are very helpful with diagnosis as well.

they have clean affordable nice appliances.

and with 4 locations can find what you want in a reasonable timeframe.

As a landlord as well i can just pick up the phone and tell them what and where i want product to be delivered to and it happens same day!!. I would reccomend them..customer service is superior.

My parents purchased a total o...

My parents purchased a total of 4 appliances from this store. It took 30 for them to get the conversion kit from gas to propane once they received it, they took another 3 weeks before they came out to install. This morning I went to visit my parents and found them very ill. There home was polutted with a sulfer smell. Amerigas came out and found the stove and dryer were not tightened down at the wall connection. They said they are polluted with calls for gas leaks of the same nature. After fixing this problem they found an internal leak in the stove. Appliance mart is charging my parents a 55 service charge. They said the warrenty was only good for 30 days from purchase. They didn't even install it untill 45 days after purchase. They will also not come out to service it for 2 days. Because of the initial call of a leak to Amerigas and the fact that they were required to red flag the stove until it is fixed and they can come re-cert it, my parents are paying 200 in service charges to Amerigas and another 55 in services charges to Appliance Mart. I urge you to avoid this company at all cost and to past this information along to your loved ones. Thank God my parents were not seriously injured. According to Amerigas this could have easily caused an explosion. Thank you for your time!
