This was our first cruise and my wife and I were unsure about the whole process of booking as well as how to prepare for it. Chris was great in explaining how the cruise works regarding dining time, beverage packages and even what to pack. She offered insights to which cabin on the Allure would be good for us and what are the 'must see' shows on board. Chris helped us pick out some excursions while we were in the Caribbean as well. Thanks to her help and taking the stress out of it, Chris made our cruise one to remember, filled with many good memories. I can't wait to book our next one with her.

Three years ago, I met Chris at the Streamwood Chamber of Commerce. At that time, I had never been on a cruise. So two years ago when my family decided to go on a cruise for our family vacation, I knew we needed to contact Chris to help us with all of the planning since we didn't know what we were doing. She did a great job helping answer all of our questions relating to the trip. We ended up going on Royal Caribbean's Grandeur of the Seas. The following year we decided to try a second cruise since we loved the first one so much and we called Chris again. Once we gave Chris an idea of what we were looking for she was able to help us and booked us on the Carnival Dream. I will definately go back to her in the future for all my cruising needs.
