The shop didn't have as much tackle as thought so maybe name should be changed to just Stratford Bait....Chris the owner is very nice & helpful but there was a grumpy rude Older Gentleman in there who acted as though he couldn't be bothered to help. When at a business spending hundreds of dollars (or even a buck) on anything;...poles, tackle, bait; least I'd ask for is personable customer service. Too bad Harborview closed & Joe Brown passed away.....hopefully Chris will learn & work the store himself or find some better counter personel because the old man is gonna ruin it.
