I was in yesterday with my two young daughters for pedicures. I have come to your salon often- because in the past it had been clean, friendly, and not crowded. Yesterday, however, the service was rushed and rude and the tools were reused and dirty. The chair I sat in had visible grime and the tools had been reused from customer to customer. The pumice stone was brown and obviously used on several customers.
I brought my daughters as a special treat, and the people doing our nails never even said hello. They were in an incredible rush and I believe it is because of the way they are treated. I’ve observed on more than one visit how both the man and woman at the front desk treat the women working. They are not spoken to like respected employees.
I don’t usually write complaints but upon reflecting on our time at the salon yesterday, I felt like I needed to share my experience.
Needless to say, we will not be returning.

This place has totally gone downhill. Great when they first opened in the Spring, but awful now. Worst pedicure ever! The man actuallt cut my skin. So bad I refused to pay for it. Also had a french manicure that was ridiculously bad. I'm done with this place.

Just went to have a manicure done. I had a gel manicure that needed to be removed and was told there would be a "soaking" fee. I had never heard of that but figured I was already there. When it came time to pay the bill, they had charged me $10.00 to take off the old polish ! When I complained, the young man said that there is always a soaking fee and there was nothing he could do. Fortunately there is something I can do - not go back there again .

No conversation at all. Put three coats of polish only on big toes; not other ones. Did not even say thank you for the generous tip; just took the money and put it in her drawer.

My complaint is for how horribly terrible my pedicure went...the gentleman who did it was the nicest sweetest man so it was very difficult for me to speak up..I didnt want to hurt anyone's feelings...so I told a younger gentleman a about how bad it was and all he could say is "thats my dad" ok but what does that mean to me....nothing...no offer to make it rt nothing..thats my dad is all I got. Smdh I didnt pay for a full pedicure to receive a polish change...he cut nothing after I said I want them short he cut no cubicles nothing...I am disgusted with how the owner handled this being a young entrepreneur all he could say was thats my dad.....wow
