The individual in the painting office I'm assuming to be the secretary or bookkeeper clerk at the MacKenzie Paint office was very rude at this company when I called to inquire about a payment owed to this company by the company I worked for. She acted as if I was asking her for so much to provide me with some extra information I needed to settle the account. The individual asked me why I didn't get this info to begin and said that it wasn't her problem. I was trying to be as polite as possible. After begrudgingly providing me with the info necessary she hung up at the end very short and with a sour tone, which felt to me to be, in quite a rude in disrespectful way. It's definitely a poor representation of the company having a rude woman with an attitude handling the accounts for the business.
