Recently had the car repaired through Progressive service cent. The car was repaired with Breezy Point Auto Body. When I went to pick the car up from the center the car was not up to a standards I thought it should be. They took the car back and well in a few days got it back better. Fast forward to a few days ago I started to hear a rattle in the roof liner. Expressed my concerns and they said I can bring the car in. Instead of bringing it to the progressive center I took it straight to the guys who fixed it. They took the car in and corrected the issues. I work in a customer service industry I get it nothing is perfect like the factory after! Just glad they are able to correct the issues. Nice people to deal with over all!
