My wife and I purchased a stove from Doug’s Chimney sweep about 11 years ago. The price for the stove and installation was reasonable and they did a great job. Every two or three years they drive all the way from Strasburg to North Canton to clean it. They’re always friendly, prompt, professional, and reasonable. ...and the stove works flawlessly after over a decade of use with plenty of life left in it.

I was looking for a pellet stove insert. After visiting a few stove shops and looking online I found Doug's when I was searching for Harmon Stoves dealers. I drove down to his shop and talked with Doug for a while. I knew right away this was the place I wanted to do business with, Doug a is very genuine, professional and knowledgeable person. I ended up buying a stove from him, and had him install it. I also continue to get my pellets their. It is a pleasure to do business with them.
