My boyfriend made an appointment here and paid for anything I wanted to get done. I chose a balyage. I asked that the brown have a slightly coppery tone to it. She began her work.
She handed me off for shampooing, during which she told the owner of the salon to add toner to my hair. I didn't know what toner is. She painted it on while I was in the bowl, let it sit, and came back to wash it. When I looked in the mirror, I was appalled. She turned half of my head pink. There was a definitive line about an inch from my roots where the red was applied.

I told her I wasn't expecting that at all and it wasn't what I had shown her. All she kept saying was that it's new to me, and to sit on it for awhile.

I would not have paid, but my boyfriend had prepaid since it was a gift. I called back about an hour later saying I needed the red out and I hated it. I was told I would need to pay for a color correction, and all she would do is bleach it out.

They won't refund me.

They not only saved my hair but made it look better then before it was ruined. I've tried out many places in the area and this is the first one I will go back to without question. It was a great experience and my hair looks awesome.

Today was my first time at Studio Luxe Salon. Not only was it absolutely beautiful inside, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff was friendly and seemed to work as a team. Let me just say, my color turned out exactly as I wanted and it was so shiny and silky smooth. I think their products are very high quality. But, the best part was the shampoo.... The shampoo chairs reclined and were actually comfortable! After the shampoo my stylist put a warm, steamed towel around my neck. My cut was done dry, at first I was a little nervous, until I saw the shape was being cut 'into' my hair. My haircut was created for my faceshape and features, it looks and feels great! What an exciting experience, the service was worth the price, I will definately go back. WELCOME TO STOW Studio Luxe Salon!
