This shop did a great job taking care of our family and getting us back on the road. We were traveling from NY to KY when our wheel bearing broke. We have a newborn and a 2 year old with us, we picked Jim's based on other reviews and we're glad we went there.

We got to the shop 45 minutes before they closed, they took a look at it and order the part just based on hearing it. My husband took the car back first thing in the morning when they opened and they had it fixed within 2 hours. The staff were all friendly and helpful, let my husband see how bad the wheel bearing looked and the price was more than fair considering the urgency of the situation. If we lived in this area, we would be customers for life. Thank you so much Eric, Mike and Tim!!
