Copitex is your one stop shop for all business machine needs & REPAIR! There is nothing more frustrating than your copy machine broken! I swear you never realize how much you use it until it is broken. Top of the line customer service & ease of working with the company is exceptional.

I have been a customer of Copitex for over 10 years. Michael, the owner has been great to work with. He has provided customized solutions for my company, and the lease terms from Copitex are excellent. As we attend a major trade show each year at the Boston Convention Center, we have also called on Michael for short term rentals. His prices are fair and if we ever need service, they are there the same day.

RUN AWAY!! What you see here is my old copier I traded in for a new one Michael Kates owner of Copitex is the most dishonest person on the planet a pathological liar please let me explain I needed a new copier as the lease on the one you see here was about to expire I was contacted by Michael and he sold me a new copier and PROMISED me as he wheeled my old copier away and out my front door that he would return it to the shipping company (where the lease company wanted it returned to) at no cost this was back at the end of January 2018 I had been e mailing Michael Kates constantly and he was not responding he also never answers his cell phone as I was still getting billed a large amount every month after he said he sent my copier back but flash forward to today as I drove from Boston to his Warehouse in Stoughton Mass and look what I found sitting there? MY COPIER!! So now the leasing company says I owe them $1500 because Michael Kates at Copitex never sent my copier back? and I just spent over $4000 with him to purchase a new copier?? If this review can prevent ONE PERSON from doing business with Copitex than I have done my best to help them.

Better than any company including their competitors in Brockton, Canton etc. Genuine people to deal with not fake, better quality! A friend and I were very pleased. Sincerely, T. Mihos
