This is for the online shopping. I had to wait 25 minutes for a worker to help me with picking up my order. I went to customer service four times and each time someone was called but no one showed up. I have no time to grocery shop and that is why I pay for someone else to do it. The amount of time I wasted waiting for their incoherent worker to show up should have been dedicated to shopping myself because it would have been done quicker.
Four times and four different people were spoken to to get someone over to the online shop department. This is uncalled for and I won't be using their service anymore
