these are the worst tax people ever. it took me almost 3 months to get my taxes... both my mom and i brought our taxes there the same day she got hers a week later after three weeks my mom inquired about why i hadnt gotten mine they assured everything was fine. after calling the IRS to check my status i found out they had my adress wrong so it was sent back! you would think after my mom called they would double check there info... nope and of course now its impossible to get a hold of them! i would give zero stars if i could i think i should atleast get a refund. you pay people to do these things for a reason and they cant get it right ugh.
