Slice pies are great in my opinion, but order a whole pie to take home and the slices are super thin. So thin you can see through it. You should be able to fold a slice and not have it collapse towards the floor and drop the thin layer of cheese on the plate.. Tastes good but if they make the slices a bit thicker and they could be a contender in North Rockland. For the additional $$$ I expected a bit more. I'll give them another shot in a month or so to rule out getting the recipe right and if they do not improve will go back to our usual spot.
