We have an upstairs guest suite that we rarely use. I went up there to put summer clothes away and noticed the bathroom ceiling and wall had water damage. Great timing, right before Christmas! I asked around and received the name of a couple roofing companies. I decided to go with Nugentroofing. My immediate reasoning was Mike's professionalism, timeliness and willingness to gives us options (replacing a large section, vs entire replacement). And their pricing was competitive. Each time he said he would call or be at my house at a certain time, he was there. Having dealt with contractors, roofers, laborers etc. This isn't always the case! His guys showed up at 7am and we're done at end of day, all cleaned up. His crew was also a great bunch of guys. I can't say enough good things about Nugent!

Last week, we had torrential rain in my area. There I was sitting there on the 2nd floor of my 3-story home in Malden, when it started raining in my dining room! I had heard about Nugent roofing, so I called Mike. He came by my home within two hours of my call, and we scheduled a date for six days later (no rain forecast for that time period). He came with his crew on the date and time promised, and he and his crew did an exceptional job. I have a large roof area with several twists and turns, so it was not easy! They set up, tarped all shrubs and walkways, and then got right to it. I was extremely happy with the professionalism, the quality of the work, politeness of all his crew, the cleanliness of the yard and, best of all, the price! I am absolutely happy that I decided to call this company. I highly recommend!!

Our house was in need of a new roof so we called a few companies to give us a quote. Mike came out promptly and quoted us a price that was far lower than the other two companies. He and his crew arrived the following week on Monday morning and the entire job was done by lunchtime the following day.



Mike and his crew were friendly and professional. They worked diligently and were meticulous about cleaning up after themselves. This company went above and beyond to get the job done (taking down our chimney, and even roofing our shed to match). We couldn’t be happier with our new roof!
