Almost a month attempting to fix a leaky kitchen faucet with no success, ending with the owner offering to put in a new faucet at his expense, then denying he ever said that. At least I got a refund, sure didn't enjoy the wasted time.

Pros - Friendly, refunded monies when they couldn't do the job correctly Cons - Could not fix a leaky kitchen faucet, owner denied offering a reasonable fix at his expense After several attempts to fix a leaky faucet, the owner offered to purchase a replacement faucet at his expense. Great idea for him, as the multiple trips and attempts to fix the problem likely cost him more in labor and aggravation, and certainly more in opportunity costs when this little leak kept ending up on his schedule. The next day he denied he said this, then offered to refund the monies already paid so we could find someone else to do the job. On that next day, had he said that his committment to buy a faucet was overboard, I wouldn't have liked it but at least he could have avoided an outright denial and saved face. Glad to get my money back and start the process anew, but disappointed that nearly a month passed with inconveniences galore.

I highly recommend Reggie to any one who is having any plumbing problems. I called Reggie, he showed up on time, got the work done in a timely manner and charged me less than the "big names" that advertise on TV. He is very knowledgeable, will stand by his work with a warranty. He and his team are very professional and friendly. I was 100% satisfied. Dr.B.

This company was recommed to me after I had had so many people offering poor service and craftmanship. This company showed up timely, had two of my problems repaired in minutes, was professional and the price was reasonable. I had been paying quacks to to do a professional job. Now I don't have to worry anymore about this particular service or craft. I wil keep the card in a safe place and recommend this company to others.

Reggie came to my home to install a new toilet. He was prompt, very customer focus, friendly and was very professional. I wish more self employed people can be more like him when it comes to doing an excellent job and still delivering great customer service.
