We started coming to this clinic with our family pets since I was eight years old and I now take my dog here. My family and I love this vet! The staff is friendly, and they make an effort to remember you and your pets which is excellent. It makes it a more personal experience, and me and my family valued as one of their customers. They are compassionate and thorough, and they continue to provide excellent care and compassion. I cannot say enough good things about how they treat my dog and how they treat me. I especially appreciate the staff and willingness to explain treatment options and costs. All doctors, assistants and office personnel are the best. The pricing here is very reasonable compared to other Vets this place is a low cost they also offer a payment plan through care credit. My dog gets a weekly bath,Flea Dip as needed and grooming services only for $10.00 a week as long as I take my dog every seven days.

BEWARE! Wish I could give them a 0 star. You could be paying for services not rendered.
My husband took our two dogs to their routine weekly grooming and when they returned home, my parents immediately noticed that neither dog had been bathed or trimmed. One of our dogs still smelled which later the owner tried to blame on an existing ear infection. However, this was the first time in several weeks that Lillie came back still smelling after a bath and she has had this ear infection since going to this groomer. Also when Lillie starts to need a bath, her coat turns brown and she was still brown (she's normally white with slight light brown spots). So, we could clearly tell when she has not been bathed. Our other dog's paws were still dirty. Neither dogs had their hairs trimmed. As my husband was rushing off to work when he picked them up, he made mention to the clerk that they hadn't been cut (not noticing they were not bathed either) and he was told that she would inform the groomer for next time. There was no mention of bringing them back the next day. Once we spoke to the owner, she asked why we didn't call her the next day as she has a 24-hour policy (never mentioned to my husband). The owner then placed us on hold and came back on the line talking about not having medical records for one of the dogs and how our dog could be contagious. What does that have to do with us calling about being charged for services not rendered?!?! Needless to say, we provided these medical records from when they first started going there as they will not groom the dogs without their records. Oh and charged my husband $300 the first time they groomed Lillie for special medicated treatment! She still wanted to charge us on our next visit. After arguing with her about the dogs not being groomed and her insisting they were bathed, I informed her we would not be using her services anymore. Clearly, she doesn't value her customers business by trying to satisfy a dissatisfied customer.

My dog Kali HATES having her nails clipped so I was hesitant to bring her in. But the staff is friendly and efficiant and had us in and out within 15 min! My dog was fine and happy after her visit!

The people at Atlanta Pet care Center are really truly honest they care for pets and friendly. I don't care what other people say but my experience when I took my dog for services, I always see a good face, honest answer, reasonable prices and so on. Never have bad experience.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Every time I have a problem with one of my animals they take Great care of them. Thanks Sooooo Much!

Excellent people!! – have used Atlanta Pet Care Center for over 20 years. (Formerly Animal Doctors) I have experienced nothing but superior care for my beloved pets. I feel like I am leaving them with family when I drop them off. I have never experienced a mix up or a problem with my dogs, silky terriers (2). I have been notified of all information pertaining to my pets while in the care of Atlanta Pet Care Center . The staff treats my pets with the utmost respect and care. My pets have been left in their care from 2 hours to 2 weeks. I would and have recommended their services to my friends and family. I believe that Atlanta Pet Care Center is one of the best animal hospitals in the Atlanta/Stone Mountain area.

The people that work at APCC are like family. They will help people and their pets by any means. The dogs and cats smell wonderful before they leave.

great staff, very professional and helpful.Dr. Sado is very kind and gentle with my dogs. I highly recommend these guys!!! Plus the prices are very reasonable,no appointment, they are open monday - saturday 7:30 am - 7:00 pm the place is neat and clean no dogie odor. This is a very good Veterinary Clinic to take your pet

I got my appointment days mixed up and they called to remind me. They were still able to take me that day. Even though I had missed my appointment they were still very friendly. Prices were reasonable and they answered all the new dog owner questions I had. I'll be using them as my vet in the future.

I have been taking my 3 lab mix dogs for a weekly bath for the past two years, they always came home nails trimmed and very clean and fresh. The price for all these service is $10.00 bucks every week. It's reasonable price and I highly recommend others to take this advantage.
