Provided by YP.comWe purchased an expensive oven from this local company even though same unit could be purchased from online retailer or big box store for less. I always prefer to support local business even if cost is slightly more. However when unit needed repair they repaired it incorrectly requiring the unit to be removed a second time to fix same problem. We were charged additional repair charges. Unit then had to be repaired again. We now have over 50% of the value of a new oven in repairs and unit makes noise as if something inside is rubbing. Oven never made this noise before it was repaired by them.
Sorry, I will never purchase anything again from Hendricks because they do not even stand behind the products they sell and are not qualified to repair anyway. May as well purchase online for less.
