Take your business elsewhere! My daughter ordered birthday flowers for me, which after three days have not arrived. The driver never called me for delivery instructions, and the woman I spoke with this morning put me on hold for five minutes until she "found" the order, then was extremely offhand about getting it here today "oh probably somewhere around 2:00 p.m." I had to ask her to have the driver call me to avoid further problems. Although still not the end of the business day, no pick up when I call, and no answering machine. Still no flowers. OK Flowers is definitely NOT okay!
