Majestic Mortgage Services is simply awesome. Everyone I came into contact with was very detail oriented and seems to be on top of every situation. It often seemed they would contact me before I could even contact them!

I initially decided to use Majestic because of their pricing and initial conversation I had with them. They were straightforward and clear in terms of their pricing which made me feel very comfortable working with them.

Majestic told me about the Fannie to Fannie loan. The Fannie HARP program allowed me to refinance my home loan without an appraisal. Majestic Mortgage Services handled the whole thing for me. What I liked about Majestic is that they are local too. I can stop by their office most anytime and get the answers I need. Majestic saved my home and my Fannie. My income was good but my credit needed some work. I had saved the down payment for a home but was turned down by other companies. Majestic Realty Group referred me to their loan division (Majestic Mortgage Services) where I was approved for an FHA government loan. I liked that they listened to what I was looking for in a home. After seeing 5 homes, I liked 2 of them and made offers. It was not long after, I was moving into my first home. What I liked most was that not only did they listen to my needs but they also did what they said they would do. Start packing if you want a home because Majestic gets the job done.

My home was upside down and I was thinking of doing a short sale until I called Majestic Mortgage Services in Stockton. They told me I had a Fannie Mae loan (30 year fixed) and I could refinance under the new HARP loan program. Majestic reduced my mortgage payment over $250 per month and putting me back on track. No short sale for me, and now I am okay again thanks to Majestic.

I bought my home when property value and my household income were high. As the economy got worse, my home's value plummeted to less that half of what I paid for it. My home is underwater and I did not see a way out until I called Majestic Realty Group. Majestic explained how I could short sale my home and not have to pay back my loan. In time, I plan to buy another home from Majestic Realty Group with a much smaller, affordable mortgage. Majestic has helped me restructure my life financially - I highly recommend them.

We found ourselves in the stressful situation of needing to move to on very short notice to look after ailing parents. Majestic Realty Group was instrumental in allowing us to do this in a timely manner. They aggressively marketed our property and we immediately got prospective tenants coming to view our house. We received regular updates and they were very easy to communicate with. Overall I would say they were a pleasure to deal with.

Majestic showed me that owning more expensive, newer homes would actually give me a better return on my investment taking into account more dependable rent payments, fewer evictions, little or no turn around cost, etc. By taking the advice given by Majestic, I bought fewer rentals and have reliable cash flow which is exactly what I wanted. Now I can retire with peace of mind with Majestic managing my rentals.

I paid cash for a fixer upper, rental property. It had no working appliances and the heat and air conditioning did not work. I could not get a loan on the house in its present condition. Richard of Majestic recommended that I make the repairs and have Majestic Property Management rent the house, with the repairs completed. I was able to refinance the property with Majestic Mortgage Services and pull my cash back out. Now I can purchase another fixer upper to get started on.
