The company did a average job. But it was the unprofessionalism of their owner justin that I could not believe! After our carpets dried there were still quite a few areas that were very dirty. Called them and to see if they could come and touch up the areas In need. Justin would not entertain this what so ever and actually hung up on me. Use stanly steamer! They have a 10 day guarantee on their service. And they were extremely professional unlike this joke of a company.

The young gentleman who came to clean the carpet was very nice and worked hard. After the carpet was cleaned there was still some spots that were missed. Called up the "owner justin" who basically said to bad! He wouldn't even come out to look! We offered to pay a less amount to touch up the spots that hadn't came up. He said "NOPE!" And hung up the phone! Can't believe the unprofessionalism of this company. I wouldn't refer them to my enemy. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Worst service EVER!!! They were late, rude, and conviently raised the price after they got here. The guy that actually did the carpets was nice and did a good job but his "boss" was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never call them again.

Great job. Carpets and couch look like new. I'll have them back in a few months.

I have had this company clean my carpets several times. The prices are great, and the job is always done very well. The technicians are really nice guys too.

This has to be Absolutley the WORST carpet cleaning EVER. Never calling them again
