Dropped my Ryobi trimmer off to get the primer button replaced. They called and left a message saying it was ready. When I got there the bill was for $60! She said they had to clean the carburetor also. I specifically told the guy to call and give me an estimate for doing any additional repairs.. they did not. For another $60 I could have a new Stihl trimmer as this one is 15 yrs old! Stay far away from these crooks!

Dropped off mower for repair. Explained problem and what was needed. Ask for round about quote up front and was told they would have to look at it first. There was a $20 check out fee up front that would go to repair if I had it done. Was called couple weeks later saying it was ready and I owed $103 dollars. They did not call me to get authorization for the so call repairs that they did. They claimed to have replaced plug and air filter which had just previously been done. They did not even address one of the main problems that I ask them to when I took it there. They said they would recommend leaving a walloed out rear wheel and slick front drive wheels on it. My first and last experience with these dishonest people I would deffinelty not recommend them.
