Amazing place and people. Multiple installs by Doug with zero issues. Great knowledge of their products

On a hunch and after reading these reviews my instinct led me to this place. Only trusting "Accent Window Tinting" for years, I was a bit leery to try someone new.After speaking to both husband and wife, prior to coming in, I felt pretty good about the service I was going to receive. I was right! I walked in at 9:07 am and walked out at 10:38 am with my new car windows tinted flawlessly. They talk to and treat each customer as if they have been friends for a life time. They have been around for about 22 years and it shows. This is a serious old school business. "Professional, Courteous and Prompt". Go see for yourself!

Horrible service ran by the most disgusting husband and wife in the city of Stockbridge! They are nice up front but are ruthless liars who con people out of their money. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS FAMILY OWED GARBAGE!!!

I read these reviews and used them anyway. I did not have a problem with the tecs. or them servicing my car. BUT THE OWNER WAS TELLING ME ITS ALL IN MY HEAD, I HAVE A MENTAL BLOCK LIKE ANOTHER MENTAL CLIENT THEY HAD. SHE GOT RUDE AND SAID SHE WAS GOING TO REMOVE MY DEVICE AND I WOULD BE BREAKING MY MANDATE TO HAVE IT. TALKS DOWN TO YOU AND ALL AROUND BAD ATTUIDE. DON'T GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The owner was extremly rude! When I asked a question the owner began yelling and screaming, when I asked him to lower his voice he began to say I was now trespassing and he was going to call the police. Don't spend your money here, the owner is rude and its a waste of time, there are plenty car audio shops in Henry County!

I took a visit to innovative sounds today and was very disapointed. the owner "Doug" was absolutely no help and over priced every product. He was very rude to customers, and also yelled and cursed at a customer I would not recommend this car audio store to anyone. Not just because everything is over priced bit also because the man tries to take advantage of people,especially the ones he thinks know nothing about car audio. Doug (the owner) is also extremely rude to customers. so in my opinion stay away from this place.

I have had a few systems installed in my time and each time the installation was completed by a different business. Innovative Sounds is by far the best stereo installation business that I have encountered. The work completed on my car was clean and impressive. Doug custom built a box for my car that fits like a glove. I am completely atisfied with the work and service and would feel 100% comfortable referring anyone to this company.
