Phenomenal customer service! Fletcher has been our mechanic for about 7 years and has been great. He and his team clearly take pride in their work and creating lifelong customers. There has been more than one occasion he has driven around with us 30+ minutes until whatever weird sound we heard showed up again...he makes time for his customers, is thorough, honest, and fairly priced...the added bonus is you will likely leave laughing and in a better mood than which you arrived in. He is hysterical! These are great guys and we wouldn't go to anyone else!
