I used them for a ultrasound 4 years ago and had a good experience. I went for a gender ultrasound in the beginning of this pregnancy and they didn't seem to know what they were doing. She then told me my baby was a girl and I told he I think she is wrong as I have experience with ultrasounds and she spend a few more minutes and changed her mine. I realize these things aren't 100% but she didnt even seem to try to be sure before telling me. So I let that go b/c I had the experience and knew the gender of my baby. Further in my pregnancy I tried to schedule a 3D ultrasound. I called for 2 weeks and wasn't able to get through. Finally when I did get through they told me I was to far along (34 weeks) and they wouldn't do it even if I was willing to pay my money anyway. I finally spoke to someone else and she said they will do it up to 34 weeks so I called back and was told they had filled the only appt slot they had that week so I would then be 35 weeks and too far along. If I could have got through it wouldn't have been an issue. She admitted to having phone issues for months. I begged them to do it and they wouldn't. I cant drive to Atlanta so its the only chance I had. Very disappointed. Oh I forgot to add that they had the wrong phone number listed on the website which was the problem. The number listed went straight to voice mail and thats why I couldn't get through but no one ever returned the messages either. So it was their fault and they still wouldn't fit me in.
