I am very surprised at the positive reviews others have created. I do see that they were all from 2005. I wonder if they have come under new management or ownership since then. This is the worst place to ever do business.

I had my water tested for a new pool that was supposed to be installed that same day. I was there shortly before they closed on a Saturday. The man that I spoke with recommended approximately $250 worth of products. Since I have never owned a pool previously I assumed he knew what was best and bought all of the products. For reasons, not their own, our pool cannot be assembled. Early Monday morning, the next business day, I went to the store with receipts in hand to return the products. They refused to accept the chemicals stating that they could not resale them. The chemicals had not been moved from the trunk of the car since the man loaded them on Saturday. He pointed to their policy which was NOT at all in a noticeable location. Instead of posting their chemical return policy in large font, on their printed receipts, or verbally expressing during the original business it was clouded amongst other information on an approximately 4x6 piece of paper. The font was small and was in a small plastic photo holder amongst an over-crowded counter. He did accept my non-chemical purchases however he charged me a 10% restocking fee to walk two feet and hang them back on their shelf. I will never do business with this company again and I urge others to become educated about this business' policies.
