I have been using them for about 15 years now (starting back when they were called Western Mechanical) and have always had great service. They always do their best to get me scheduled, and I have been able to count on them for some time now. I have multiple rental properties, and rely on them to keep my ACs running (along with taking care of plumbing needs too).

I got an estimate for 4 - 5 hours for $90/ hour, they charged me for 6 hours of labor and they work 3 hours 20 minutes, the plumber would not tell me how much I owed when he finished, he said I had to call the office, my bill should have been $510 when i calked the office it was $675.75, he was very defensive and argumentative when I asked why he charged me more hours, he never told me why he charged more,. I paid to have the degree of the lines fixed so the pipes would drain properly, I still have to flush the toilet numerous times toclear the sewage lines. I am so disappointed.
