Jim has been an absolute Godsend! I had been through a string of IT companies before Northeast Integrated Technologies (NIT) that never seemed to really understand what I needed. My business is small, but the loss of data or use of software/hardware can not only be disastrous, but cost precious time and money I simply don't have. I couldn't afford to have a full time IT professional on staff and I couldn't pay the ridiculously high retainer fees for fast response contracts through other IT companies.



Through NIT's remote access to my system (and Jim's seemingly endless patience), Jim can see the issue and either fix it instantly or he can get right to work on a solution. Sometimes he knows something's wrong before I do! NIT has been so wonderful to work with that I wouldn't hesitate to gush about them to anyone in need of IT services. NIT gives me exactly what I need and they've taken the time to get to know me & my business. They are honest, fairly priced, and responsive. I don't know how I managed with out them!
