Don't bother going to this joke of a S.S. Office. The staff that works there acts like everyone that comes there is a Crack Head. They are just plain Rude and Nasty. The Security or "Rent A Cop" is a Loudmouth that is on a real power trip and as another reviewer said he is just downright Weird. Your best bet is to take the Drive to The East Liverpool Office. They will work with you.

Great friendly efficient a little slow though and the security guard is weird
