Tom Steven came in and did a phenomenal job on a problem that’s been plaguing us for a while now. I was especially impressed by the speed and quality with which he was able to get the job done. He was also able to go above and beyond coming over earlier then expected so the problem was mended sooner.

The owners son did plumbing at my house and my sister paid for it. I helped them anyway I could and we got along really well. After they finished up I called my sister outside to pay. They worker gave her a dollar back the total was 149$ for a 30 minute service. The plumbing was fixed but she just got a letter saying she never paid. The owners son pocketed my sister's money then said the only witness was not valid because it was family. So what can I do? I watched my sister pay money in hand and maybe that was her mistake. You can't trust somebody when they say their dad runs the business
