This particular Applebee's is the worst one that I have ever been to. My husband and I had decided to go out for dinner with no children for the first time in years. We decided to stop at this Applebee's. We went in and got seated right away and were pleased with that. Then over 45 minutes later we finally had our drink orders taken. It was over another twenty minutes before we got our drinks and ordered food. Horrible service!!!!! I didn't say anything while I was there because I was so upset that I was honestly considering hitting someone. So the next day I use my receipt and follow the directions to tell about your experience. A few hours later a manager calls me. I explain everything that happened and how upset we were and how we will never again go to this particular branch, also explained that they could verify everything by looking at the cameras as there was one not far from us. They take my information and say they'll make it right. A couple days later I receive mail from them and it is 1 free appetizer and 1 free desert. Can you believe that?! I threw them in the trash, because I will never go there again. I just want to let everyone know not to waste their time or money going here. If you want to go to an Applebee's AVOID the one in Steubenville!!!!!

I just came from lunch at my local Applebee's in Steubenville, OH. As always the food and service were excellent. I tried the new California turkey club. I had asked my waitress what it was like, and she highly recommended it She was right - it was delicious!!! The spinach and artichoke dip was also excellent. What I like best about this Applebee's is that they never have a problem with me special ordering a menu item to suit my own personal taste (such as French Onion soup without onions). My friends and I always like to stay and talk a while, and the waitresses and management never seem to be in a hurry for us to leave. Applebee's is one of my favorite lunch spots because of the pick a pair menu.

Applebee's is one of the places I go to frequently. I really enjoy the fact that our food is well prepared and they do whatever it takes to make sure we enjoy our meals. I meet my family and friends there at least four times times a

month. They do not rush us out of there and the food is prepared very well when we have special request. I will continue to eat there and recommend it to vistors

Applebee's is one of our favorite restaurants in our area and usually we are well satisfied with the food that we order. However, we were disappointed with our meal on our last visit to your restaurant.



On Saturday August 30, around noon, my wife and I ordered hot chicken wings "in bone". When the waitress served us at our table, the wings did not appear to have much sauce on them. The first couple of wings we ate were "tough" and "chewy". We thought that if we kept eating we may run into some that are tender and juicy.



After eating a number of of wings, I realized that they were not going to to get any better.



I felt that we were eating food that had been cooked at least a day earlier and not at all appetizing. When the waitress brought our bill and asked of we wanted a "doggie bag," I told her that our food did not appear to be freshly cooked. She apologized and said that she would "pass it on." We placed the money and tip on the table and left the restaurant before she returned, so I do not know what she might have recommended as a solution.



We have certainly enjoyed our meals at your restaurant in the past and hope that this is the exception rather that the norm.
