Provided by YP.comI needed a laptop, but because of the gift buying Christmas season, I didn't have a lot of money to spend on a brand new laptop. I stumbled upon Thinkpaddepot.com and saw that they had refurbished laptops. I called them up to get some additional information on a particular laptop that I saw that was fairly priced for the options that it came with. The person on the other line was really helpful in answering my questions. I was able to get a discount off the listed online price which i thought was pretty cool because the online listed price was already fairly decent. Anyways, here we are 4 days later and I did receive my laptop, works great, end of story. I placed the order, received a discount, got additional information, received free shipping and I have my laptop before the weekend. Simple as that! I would recommend thinkpaddepot.com to anyone who is on a budget and wants a great laptop. Plus, did I mention that I have a one year warranty? =)

Provided by YP.comPlease see ThinkPadDepot rating at Better Busines Bureau (is an F) and don't waste time/money with ThinkpadDepot. I ordered a laptop almost a month ago and I can't get them to deliver it yet. Initially they sent the wrong item (laptop without the specs I ordered it (I got it with less RAM, slower processor, no bluetooth, no FingerPrint Reader, as it was suppossed to have). It has been numerous phone calls (usually they don't answer, and when they do they lie about shipment, status, credits...) and many e-mails (they don't reply, or outright block -I received an 'e-mail box is full' mail server reply a few times) before I could get a return label. They got my returned laptop and more than one week after they got it they still don't ship my laptop yet. Again, it's now almost one month after my original order, I'll be calling BBB and my credit card company.
Rather than a star, they deserve a red thumbs down, but it's the option is not given here.
