By far the worst experience I've ever had with a retailer. I had my 8 year old daughter's ears pierced here and also bought her a pair of earrings for when her ears were healed. The $60 earrings broke before she even got to wear them and she still had her studs in (great quality). Despite having purchased a warranty for the earrings (at what kind of jewelry store do you need a warranty? Clearly the merchandise is sub-par) and spending 30 minutes while they collected ALL of my information, they refused to replace the earrings because I had misplaced the warranty information. Most retailers keep the information including the lengthy application that I needed to fill out during the piercing process. I called their customer support 3 times to which I was assured that a regional manager would call me. I was never contacted. I was finally able to open a formal case with them, provided my credit card transaction information and once again NEVER heard back. Who does that to an 8 year old excited to wear her new first pair of earrings?? I have now found the receipt, will not shop at this chain ever again (and I have 6 kids so their loss) but want others to be aware of their unprofessional approach to customers and customer service. I would not recommend buying any of their products or services.
