Dishonest. I am very sorry I chose this place to do mammography. After initial pictures, a radiologist suppose to review them to make sure they are good and/or no additional pictures needed. If additional pictures needed, they are done at the same time, with the same order. This is normal practice and that is how it was done in other centers I visited in the past 15 years. However, in this place it does not work like that. The appointment literally took 5 minutes for 4 pictures in this place and they let me go. So, once a radiologist reviewed pictures, they called me saying I have to come back for more pictures and they want me to bring a NEW order, which means that now it is not covered 100% by an insurance. Moreover, they billed my insurance for 3D pictures that they did not do! This is money-making business.

Will never allow my son to be seen by Dr. Gordon again

My Eight-year old was seen in the Sterling Office of Radiology Imaging Associates to receive an ultrasound due to two-week long complications of his urinary tract. We were advised to make sure that his bladder was full prior to coming. We arrived in the office and were made to wait for 40-45 minutes. Obviously, my eight-year old could not continue to hold his urine and had to go to the bathroom.



Fortunately, we had a great sonographer (Inna). However, my thoughts of Dr. Gordon are completely the opposite. Dr. Gordon came, as is customary I assume, after the imaging was completed and was all too quick to say that we could not get all the images needed due to my son's bladder not being full. She offered very little else and was wrapping up the visit, although I had an 8 year old who was experiencing blood in his urine, pain when urinating, and the reason why the bladder was not full in the first place was because we were made to wait in the lobby 45 minutes before being seen. It was only because of my persistence that Dr. Gordon offered us the option of him drinking more water to be able to fully complete our pediatrician's requested testing. Otherwise, it was absolutely her intent, as is my opinion, that she was going to allow us to leave with partially completed testing.



I will be speaking with this office again and will make sure that we NEVER receive any services performed by Dr. Gordon again.
