I had a tire issue that I had purchased from Ashburn Park Plaza Parkhurst tires and it was a bad batch of tires that was stalled in my Toyota nobody in MERCHANTS which step up and help me for the warranty of my tire and I purchased a five year warranty for that as well but I have to say

The manager Joey in Sterling Potomac merchant tires was an outstanding performance of customer service and he went every angle and every step out of his way to help me and solve my issue of my tires I did have to cough up some money but I got the best service I can ever imagine from this one manager "Joey"!!

They are the worst.... I had a radiator leak and I took my car to them. They spent an hour looking around the car trying to figure out what is the problem. Either they could not figure it out because they are ill-experienced or either they played stupid. They started telling me that I have to try changing parts and see if it works or not and so forth. In other words they want to thief me. They told me that they had added power steering fluid to see if it leaks. The next day I found out that they color of the power steering was very black. I have no fricken idea what they had added up. They at the end told me they could not figure out the problem and I ended up taking my car to the dealer to get properly fixed.

Few months before, they did alignment on the car and when I left the place at dawn I found out that half of the dashboard is not lighting up.

Never go there. they are a bunch of thieves and idiots. They are the worst in this industry.
