Horrible. I went to Dr. Donald at this practice for my first pregnancy. Since it was my first, I was nervous and anxious and didn't know what to expect. She gave me no information about what to expect going along in my pregnancy, and when I asked questions she would give me a one word answer, and edge toward the door like she couldn't wait to get out of the room. When she delivered my baby, I did feel that she had the knowledge and skills, but didn't know how to deliver the info with a good bedside manner. The only positive thing about going there is that the office staff and sonogram lady was great. Needless to say, I would not go there again and went to a different doctor for my second pregnancy.

Look, I don't understand what the reviewer before is talking about, I received the utmost respect and care. Dr. Donald was caring and very professional. The staff was prompt with my lab results and future appointments. Everytime I needed a prescription refilled it was called in immediately and the staff even followed up to make sure I received the medications. I would highly recommend Dr. Donald to all my friends and family she brought Tyler into this world for me and I couldn't be happier.

This office has horrible service. The staff is rude. They never answer the phone. I had prenatals for my new pregnancy called in that my ins does not cover. The pharmacy sent 6 requests for new prescription, I called 8 times, left messages. Pharmacy NEVER heard back and neither did I. I finally got someone in the office 3 weeks later and they say they have no paper work on me? So 3 weeks without vitamins. Thats rediculous considering this office doctor delivered my baby in 2010. I have a girlfriend I just found out went through the same thing with this office.
