Ordered an arrangement based off of their website and I received something that looked absolutely nothing like it. I was extremely upset and completely embarrassed to give this to the senior director of my company. I felt like I would've insulted her. When I called to voice my opinion, I was requested to write correspondence to the manager via email and I obviously didn't receive a response back. This florist shop comes highly NOT RECOMMENDED.



*Please reference photo attached, what I THOUGHT I was buying was the photo on the left ... what I ended up picking up was on the right and the base was a black circle looking pan.



Ever since then, I've been very weary of ordering from local florists because of my experience here, by far the worst.

I was sent flowers by my boyfriend for Valentines Day. The flowers were poorly arranged and far from fresh, not in the correct vase and the bow was something a 1st grader could have tied. Within 2 days the roses are dead already. A fresh arrangement should last and look nice for over a week. The flowers were ordered from Teleflora/FTD and I plan on complaining to them as well that they are not representing their company well.

I recently ordered a Valentine's Day arrangement from Countryside Florist (Sterling, VA), and was extremely disappointed with the results. Not only did the arrangement get there a day late (because, according to their staff member "they were really busy"), but they also delivered 11 roses instead of 12. The driver was very uncourteous and unprofessional when the delivery was finally made at noon the next day. I attempted to call the florist 50+ times the day of the scheduled delivery, yet no one answered the phone. Finally, when I raised the concern with the shop owner (Julie), she became irritated that I had concerns about the delivery, raised her voice in response, and said that I should be thanking her for the help that she provided. I have no idea how this place stays in business. I've never seen such a lack of customer service or disregard for patrons. I'll never do business with this place again.
