I am extremely impressed with the dedication, commitment and ownership that Restoration1 staff carry for their customers. I was worried that my basement may have mold and gave them a call. Jeff showed up on the same day at a late hour of 7pm accommodating my request in his schedule despite having a tough day. He inspected every nook and cranny of the basement with a flashlight and gave me an honest assessment. My basement had no traces of mold and Jeff did not try to offer any services to make money, or mislead me. This is what I found very honest and sincere. Rather, he spent a full hour with me advising me on how I could turn around my basement to a fully-equipped one. He also struck a personal connection as we hail from similar professions. Overall, I had an excellent interaction with ‘Restoration1’ and I would call them again and again for any restoration service.
