The work they did for me was ok at best. They will only do the basic. Forget about them keeping the appointments they make to come to your home. Over a 2 week period I had to call them at least 5 times and reschedule 3 times as they would just be a no-show. And forget about any follow-up or service calls on their work! When I asked them to come back to do an adjustment (that THEY overlooked during the install) it never happened! Apparently, the owner's attitude is that he has all the business he needs so he doesn't really care about good customer service or keeping customers happy. Just another typical contractor to add to the list. And, believe it or not, they came with a referral.
