We had a great experience with Hard Rock Stone Works. We had bad experiences with our local granite companies in the past (Novi) so we decided to try HRSW on a recommendation from a friend. The process was fast and professional. The installers did a great job and we LOVE our new counters!!!

Being in customer service i know that it is not that hard to be polite. Every Person I talked to in the front office was horrible to deal with and when your talking about big ticket home improvement there is a reasonable expectation of respect and accommodation the buyer should have. When going to pick out the slab for our granite counter top the other was told that her appointment wasn't on file and it didn't really matter because the slabs were so similiar. As it turned out there was significant variation that i will always pick out my slab in person. They changed our delivery date a week before the counter was supposed to be installed and was very unhelpful in rescheduling the install after time had been taken off of work by both me and my significant other. The onsite people who came out and measured and installed the counter were fantastic and are the only saving grace from our interaction. very happy with how the counter top looks but with so many options for counter tops in my area it is not worth the hassle of working with people, who once they have your money, could not care less about your purchase or your experience. I will definitely be sourcing a more customer oriented company for my bathroom and island bar projects.

would strongly recommend not using the sterling heights location. completely mis measured from easy to follow lowes template and will not fix! Rude costumer service would not return calls prior and after install date.

Mis measured counter and would not return calls prior to install date. I was put on hold for over 20 mins several times only to not speak with anyone. Still didnt fix problem not returning calls about fixing mistake. Installer admitted measurer messed up and took photo of template ey would fix problem. Costumer service rep yelled at me said it was my fault. No counter top after two weeks absulate nightmare. Guy did not show me measurements after he lazer shot them never called me back. I think a second grader could read the template i gave him. Do not use this scam artist company.

We were extremely impressed with their entire operations. We had a large amount of granite installed, kitchen, bathrooms, vanity, showers and every guy at Hard Rock was a pro!



I interviewed quite a few companies and there wasn't a single company who could match their expertise, customer service and workmanship!



Hard Rock told us where to go to get the absolute best choices for marble & granite. You better wear comfortable shoes and warm clothes. Oh, and eat before you go, it is a huge warehouse just filled with slabs. You will have a difficult time choosing, even if you think you already know what you want.



The guys of Hard Rock came to our home with lasers to fine tune measurements, then they created mockup models of all our granite to insure that when they cut the granite it would be exact. They brought in the models and we made a few changes, but since they didn't cut the granite yet, they didn't miss a step.



When it came time to install the granite, they were top notch with the entire installation. They prepped everything ahead of time and really paid attention to even the smallest of details to make sure we were pleased.



Hard Rock did not ask me to give a testimony and they don't even know that I have done this. But I was just so happy with the entire way they handled the job, I couldn't help but tell you about my experience.
