I told 3 employees that I have a bad ground wire. They replaced the starter for $300 and never checked the ground wire. Very upset!

My fresh out of college daughter had her old car break down. She was able to get it towed by AAA to H&I. They stored the car inside and fixed it the very next day. Price was less than the guesstimate. Chris and staff are super friendly and go out of their way to provide fast and efficient service at a very reasonable price. Very friendly and with this positive experience I can highly recommend.
