I interviewed 3 companies and Choose BCS because of the promises made for transition, installation and ongoing service for the expansion of my business - which required an entirely new location. Dealing with BCS was the worst experience I have ever had from a company who supposedly specialized in customer service and satisfaction. There was a constant finger pointing when the project manager did not do her job by scheduling with the service provider they attempted to modify the sales agreement 2 different occasions which of course was more than the original quote. In addition to that nightmare the attitude was as if they were doing me a favor. DO NOT USE this company. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Angies List and will advise all of fellow business owners to steer clear
