Provided by YP.comService after the sale is excellent. I've been back a couple of times to have my hats re-steamed and fitted; they're nice about it. Also, they do a sensational job repairing my Western boots. I've been dealing with these guys for a long time, since before they moved out to the loop, and it's always a pleasure.
