    PAID $550 AND GOT A LEMON

    Bought a TORO SR4 for my husband as a B-day surprise. Well, it won't start right right away, takes a while. Keith's came by to pick up to fix and charged me $20 on top of the 4550 I already paid! This was purchased 8/2011, still to this day, we called Keith and he never returned our call. My husband had to call him and follow up, I have no clue what kind of business he is running but it is UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE. He was rushing my husband off phone and basically did not want to accept accountability for mower being defective. I WILL NEVER SHOP there again, mind you we are getting ready to buy a STIHL hedger. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE because if you have issues they will not honor the warranty nor work w/ you. Planning on writting a letter to TORO Corp and let them know how this was handled.
