Steamboat Services was wonderful. They were able to get out to take a look at our boiler system quickly and even followed up with me a few days later when there was a mystery leak at the house. I would highly recommend these folks

I waited a1.5 weeks for my upcoming appointment. They said They would call me to schedule a time the week of. They called and said they could do it in 15 mins. I could not drop everything at work . They called again...Same thing. They refuse to scedule a time and proceeded to tell me what a had winter and spring they have had and how they haven't even gotten a vacation. Really?? Neither have I and I can't drop everything within 15 mins and leave work. I asked If they could schedule first thing in the morning and she hung up on me!

I have used Steamboat Services for 15 yrs to do small repair jobs and have never been disappointed with any of their work. They are reasonable and you can count on them to do what they say.
