This place is a NIGHTMARE to deal with! Denise promised delivery of a Refrigerator for saturday knowing that it was needed and that it was Time Sensitive for an inspection on Monday, I made it very clear before purchasing and when paying for the refrigerator that it MUST BE DELIVERED SATURDAY to be UP AND RUNNING for MONDAY. I was promised that it would be delivered without a problem!



Saturday morning at 9am they confirmed the fridge would be delivered as promised, at 11 am a male called saying that all of a sudden the refrigerator needed a repair and that the fridge would be delivered at 1pm. Then a little before 1pm the same male called back and stated that the fridge could not be delivered till first thing monday morning because they now had to run test on it, I explained that this was not acceptable and that we wanted our money back so that we could purchase a fridge somewhere else as the fridge had to be delivered today because it had to be installed and up and running for monday morning, I was told to call back at 3pm because everyone had left for an emergency and that he was the only one there. At 3pm we called back and were told that still no one was there that could deal with this matter, within a few minutes I called back again this time Denise once again picked up the phone, she now claimed that she had just tried to call me and couldn't reach me which was obvious nonsense as I had been sitting next to the phone all day waiting for them to call, she claimed that she did not know what was going on with the fridge and that she would get back to me, well I find that suspicious, why would you have just been calling me if you weren't aware of what was going on with said fridge, without saying anymore she hung up on me, once again I immediately called back stating we wanted a refund, now we were told that they could not give us a refund as the money was in their office and not at the store location that she would once again find out what was going on and that she would call me back at 4:30pm or that I could call her at the time. Well 4:30 came and once again as promised she did not call back, so I did, the phone rang and rang and rang till I got a busy signal, so I kept calling, after the 3rd or 4th call another gentlemen picked up, and by this point I was loosing my patience, I asked for Denise and he was kind enough to tell me that she had left for the day, of course at this point my blood was now boiling, I told him what the situation was and he told me he would find out what was going on and that he would call me back in a few to try to resolve the matter. About 30 minutes later he called back stating he had been trying to get in touch with Denise and that she had not answered any of his calls that he would try to get someone to drop the fridge off in front of my house around 3pm on sunday even though they were closed and that he would call me back to let me know.



Well once again I waited for another call and when 5:30 pm came around and still no return call I again started calling the store back, numerous times the phone just rang and rang and rang until a busy signal would come on. I now realize that the store was closed for the day and that they had knowingly screwed me without a care in the world. I have been jerked around by these people all day and now I am royally screwed for my inspection monday! This business if you could even call them that is a HORROR to deal with, I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy, they jerk you around, do not return calls and give you excuse after excuse, and make promise after promise that they do not keep, how the hell they are in business is beyond my comprehension if this is the way they treat their customers. Never again will I deal with them, at this point I can only wonder if I will ever get my fridge or my money back!

This place is the worst i tryed to buy a stove jerked me around for 4 days they never call you back ..the woman Denise is like a smooth talking crack head the owner another unreliable part of the puzzle and tryed to make the deal happen and after all the BS they sold the stove and my tentants who i was trying service got screwed ...i wouldnt recomment this place to a enemy..

I've been using U.A. for more than 30 yrs. and they have exceptional service in home repair and calls. They've always responded promtly, repaired my appliances well, or if I had a problem with the repair, within 90 days or even sometimes more, they have come back and fixed it without charge. Mr. Leonard is a superb professional and an expert in his field.
