very unprofessional workers here. definitely got a racist vibe will not come back due to being disrespected and the working not following protocol.

I live in a basement apartment and the mail handler keeps leaving my packages on the sidewalk - not at my door - in broad daylight for anyone to see and steal. I had 2 packages delivered yesterday at 8:14am, but I never received them. I am in the process of having the footage on our home security cameras checked. I am LIVID!!!!



Several months ago, the mail truck broke down a few houses away from our house. The mail carrier came to my parents door and told them there are packages and they have to go to the mail truck to get them down the block. It was pouring rain, my parents are not physically well people, and they should not have had to get their own packages. I went instead. The packages were small and light as air. I am still beyond angry that the mail carrier was able to walk a few hundred feet to ring the bell but couldn't have brought the packages to the door. She was completely physically able. She hopped in and out of the truck with much ease as she scanned the items and piled them into my arms. It was so nice of her to walk back to the house with me - EMPTYHANDED. I should have made a complaint then about her!!!! Now my complaint is going to be even worse. She shouldn't be allowed to handle mail, as she is quite careless!!!
