Thieves- straight thievery. My car was towed to this Ultimate Collision place after an accident. My son's Arizona Cardinals key chain and Disney pins were attached to the ignition key. When i went to pick up the plates it was mysteriously missing. The people working there said they didn't see it. My son was hurt in the accident, the tow truck driver and i watched him put the key with key chain on the drivers seat. I thought it could be picked up later. I was wrong, the driver straight out lied and said he didn't see it. So i left my name and address. A month later i receive an empty envelope from Ultimate Collision, so i call, they have the nerve to tell me they found the key chain and Disney pins and put it in the empty envelope mailed to me. So again, I asked where is it, they said it must have been lost in the mail and hung up the phone. Ultimate Collision( LIARS AND THIEVES)

I had my truck painted there they do awsome work and the staff treat you like royalty the owner his name is ryan went above and beyond to make my truck look like brand new once again i say thank you guys for everything
